If you are already an online shop member, you can save time by logging in. You can also shop without registering as a member.
- Please select the product you want.
- Select the size you want and click the "Add to Cart" button.
- Please confirm the items and sizes in your cart and click the "Next" button if you are sure.
If you wish to continue shopping, please go to the product page by clicking on Item in the upper left corner, select the product and size you want, and click the "Add to Cart" button. If you want to change to another product, click "Delete" on the far right to empty your cart and then select a new product. If you wish to change the quantity of your desired item, please change the quantity and then click the "Update Quantity" button at the top of the cart. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item in stock.
- Please enter your customer information.
If you are an online SHOP member and have already logged in, please click the "Next" button. If you are not logged in, please enter your email address and password and click the "Next" button. If you wish to shop without registering as a member, please enter the required information (fields marked with * are mandatory). You can also register as an online SHOP member on the customer information input screen. Please enter the required information and the password you have set yourself, then click "Next while registering as a member."
- Please specify the shipping address, delivery date and time, and payment method.
If you wish to change the shipping address, please enter a different address. The neckline, sleeve length and length can be adjusted, but this will incur an additional fee and time. If you have any questions about adjustment dimensions or methods, or if you are a first-time customer, please contact our Kyoto store (075-241-7746) and we will assist you.
- Confirm your order details: Check the product, size, quantity, delivery address, delivery date and time, and payment method, and if you are satisfied, click "Place order with the above details."
If you are using "Credit Card Payment", you will proceed to the payment screen. If you choose "Bank Transfer" or "Cash on Delivery", your order will be completed. If you wish to change your delivery or payment method, please click on "Return to entering delivery and payment method". If you wish to change to another product, click the green cart button at the top right of the page, display the contents of your cart, and make the changes as described in step 3.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive an automatic email with your order details.
The stock will be secured and the order will be completed as soon as you receive the email containing your order details. If you paid by credit card, this email will be sent to your card company as soon as it is received. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us here .
- After we confirm your payment, we will ship the product as soon as it is ready.
- After the product has been shipped, Yamato Transport will send you a "Package Delivery Notification."
If you wish to change the delivery date and time specified at the time of ordering, Please access Yamato Transport's website from the link in the email. Please make the changes yourself.
